Edo Competition loves to make fast cars go faster. Now it does the same trick with big sport-utility vehicles — specifically, Porsche's Cayenne Turbo.

Edo tweaks the twin-turbo 4.5-liter V8 to return a mouth-watering 610 horsepower and 579 pound-feet of torque.
